I have been toying with the idea...to blog or not to blog..so, included a very long and much needed break. I realized, I want to blog, I need to blog!
Our lives have been so busy and that should not stop me from blogging. I want to remember all those crazy times in my life many years from now. I know there will come a day when everything is done and put away in the house and I am not going to like it. Our house the center of activity. I LOVE that! There is always someone coming or going. Last night, the "boys" had a "car show" in our driveway...which included vehicles such as Ed's truck...tailgate down...boys sitting in it! Can you say...I O W A!? Ted's Mustang, a Ford Focus, Audi and the best of all....Nick's moped! All we needed was a car on blocks to make it complete!
Nick ended his baseball season as a rock star. Now, he is on to basketball. He is going to concentrate on those 2 sports and hopefully, he will be a huge success.
Nick has now managed to pass his boating test and his driving permit test all in one week! He only missed one today...third time is a charm! Can you believe they don't let you show your teeth at the DMV for your picture anymore...how weird is that?
I become such a night owl in the summer...I love it but it sure makes it hard to get up when school starts...I really NEED to head to the gym next week...I have missed my yoga and pilates!
Next week, with Nick and Mimi at camp, Ted and I are taking the chance to get things ready for college...it is bittersweet and I have that sick feeling in my stomach...kind of like I am loosing my baby!!!! I know, it is nothing like that but I can't help but feeling an empty feeling setting in.
Well, I will try to update as I can...hopefully, daily!
