I know, it is the same old, same old…we are all so busy. At least, we are all getting our energy back. The sun is shining, it is warming up and Florida is just on the horizon. Life is good!
Lots of Yoga and Pilates lately, which makes me feel good and bad all at once. I know I love it, so it all good.
We have been so crazy with dance competitions and basketball games. We are now in the Catholic School league tournament. We won our first game. We are the #1 team so we have a lot to prove. Nick had a great game…he loves it when is “double/double”. He is usually double in the rebounds/blocks, he is such a great defensive player because he is so tall. He has gotten even taller in the past few weeks. I was laughing/crying last week when Nick’s class did Mass. Most of the boys’ voices have changed and they are turning into young MEN…oh, where has the time gone…I ask? We kiss their foreheads, say their prayers with them, tuck them in their beds nice and tight and when we wake up in morning….they have hair in places you don’t want to know and they sound like their father!
Tomorrow, brings us back to UICH for more tests for MaryElizabeth and her tummy. Hopefully, we find some answers soon. They have been wonderful. It will be so nice not see that horrible look on her face when her tummy hurts…there really is nothing we can do right now for her.
Now, we are into baseball season just as basketball is winding down. To think, we were in baseball season when basketball started. MaryElizabeth will continue to do dance all year. We had to Disney World in June, where she will dance a Downtown Disney.
Teddy graduates in May and will head to Iowa City to attend the ROTC program for the Air Force. He is so very excited and determined to be a huge success. We are so very proud of him and is accomplishments.
